This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use* during the Warranty Period.<\/p>\n<h2>What will we do to correct problems?<\/h2>\n<p>During the Warranty Period, RSHB will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use* and maintenance.<\/p>\n<h2>What is a normal use* for RSHB\u2019s products?<\/h2>\n<p>This tool helps truck drivers (including but not limited to flatbed trailers or logging trailers) to wind their straps.<\/p>\n<h2>How long does the coverage last?<\/h2>\n<p>The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from RSHB is 1 year from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<h2>What does this limited warranty not cover?<\/h2>\n<p>This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tightening the strap<\/li>\n<li>Run over with truck<\/li>\n<li>Any other conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from a normal use*, defects in material or workmanship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What do you have to do?<\/h2>\n<p>To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at <a href=\"mailto:sales@winderrshb.com\">sales@winderrshb.com<\/a> to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.<\/p>\n<p>This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights vary in certain states or provinces.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Read carefully RSHB technical data sheet before using RSHB\u2019s tools<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for your interest in the products and services of RSHB.
