Delivery fee<\/h2>

Delivery is free for an amount greater than $150 and delivery is chargeable for an amount less than $150. There is a delivery charge for the RSHB\u00ae FIRE product and the charge is communicated by our sales department prior to dispatch. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.<\/p>

Delivery deadline<\/h2>

Online shopping orders are processed for shipping when the PayPal payment is confirmed.\u00a0Delivery is usually completed within the same working day on Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), and on the next working day for online shopping order done on a Saturday, Sunday or on a statutory holiday.<\/p>

HB DISTRIBUTION is not liable for any delay in delivery attributable to the carriers and does not entitle the buyer to claim damages from HB DISTRIBUTION.<\/p>

You can only indicate one shipping address per order. If you are shopping for people with different addresses, you must make a separate order for each address.<\/p>

HB DISTRIBUTION exclusively uses external courier services (\u201cCarrier\u201d) that are stand-alone entities and have no connection to HB DISTRIBUTION. Deliveries shall be made to the address indicated by the purchaser which may only be within the agreed geographical area;<\/p>

Shipping and handling<\/h2>

All items purchased through the winderrshb.com website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that HB Distribution assumes the risk for the loss of ordered items as soon as we give them to the carrier. Ownership of these articles is transferred to you when you take possession of the parcel at the destination.<\/p>

When returning or exchanging items by mail, HB Distribution assumes the risk for the loss of the returned items as soon as you return the parcel to an agreed carrier according to the guidelines detailed in the\u00a0Return Policy<\/a><\/span> below. Ownership of these articles is then transferred to HB Distribution when the agreed carrier takes possession of the parcel. In the event that instructions detailed in the Return Policy are not followed, you assume the risk for the loss until we receive the package at which time HB Distribution will take possession of the said merchandise.<\/p>

Tracking your order<\/h2>

When your online order is shipped, HB DISTRIBUTION will send a message to the e-mail address you provided during your online purchase order. It will confirm that your order has left our premises and give you the tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your package. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, HB Distribution send you a link to track your package online.<\/p>
