Thank you for your interest in the products and services of RSHB.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from RSHB (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use* during the Warranty Period.

What will we do to correct problems?

During the Warranty Period, RSHB will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use* and maintenance.

What is a normal use* for RSHB’s products?

This tool helps truck drivers (including but not limited to flatbed trailers or logging trailers) to wind their straps.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from RSHB is 1 year from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Tightening the strap
• Run over with truck
• Any other conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from a normal use*, defects in material or workmanship

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at sales@winderrshb.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights vary in certain states or provinces.
